About
Ravi Garimella: The Logic Architect
Unlocking real-world efficiency and powerful solutions through logical thinking, operations insights, and a human-centric approach.
Hello there! I’m Ravi Garimella, a lifelong explorer of puzzles, patterns, and the hidden logic behind the world. I believe that at the heart of every great solution lies clear, logical thinking. I’m passionate about taking complex problems – the kind that often seem daunting in our daily lives or big organizations – and breaking them down into manageable, even exciting, puzzles.
My journey to becoming The Logic Architect is built on over a decade of experience in the IT industry. I’ve had the privilege of working in various prominent global companies, starting as a software engineer and evolving into a Program Manager. This hands-on background in developing and overseeing large-scale technological initiatives has given me a unique perspective: it’s shown me that whether you’re building software or managing a complex project, the principles of efficient operations and smart problem-solving are universal.
Further solidifying this foundation, my MBA in Operations Management equipped me with advanced strategies for optimizing systems, driving efficiency, and delivering tangible value. This blend of practical, real-world software experience and theoretical operational knowledge is what I bring to the table – a comprehensive toolkit for identifying inefficiencies and crafting elegant, impactful solutions.
Beyond my professional life, you’ll often find me deep in thought over a Sudoku puzzle, strategizing my next move in Othello, or pondering the fascinating world of probability. For me, these aren’t just hobbies; they’re training grounds for the mind. They teach me how to anticipate, optimize, and find the most effective path forward – skills I apply daily to real-world challenges. Just like that incredibly simple yet impactful “flyover” feature on Google Maps (which helps millions navigate better every day), I’m driven to uncover and share approaches that create widespread positive change.
What you’ll discover at Ravi Garimella – The Logic Architect (on my blog and YouTube channel):
I wear many hats:
- Speedcuber
- Othello/Reversi strategist
- Puzzle solver
- Builder of shapes with LEGO, Plus-Plus, and Nexcube Cobra
- Strength trainee (Tagda Raho and Yoga practitioner)
- Climber, trekker, and curious mind
But at the core, I’m something simpler:
A student of logic. A designer of clarity. A builder of patterns.
What I Believe
I believe that every puzzle — whether it’s a Rubik’s Cube, an Othello board, a wooden maze, a physical challenge, or a life decision — carries a structure beneath it.
When we uncover that structure, we become better thinkers.
To me:
- Cubing is meditation in motion.
- Othello is strategic architecture.
- Plus-Plus & LEGO are creative engineering.
- Trekking and biking are mental reset rituals.
- Tagda Raho is body intelligence.
Together, these disciplines create a single powerful journey:
Understanding how to think better, live better, and build better.
Why “The Logic Architect”?
Because logic is not a skill — it’s a construction project.
We build it deliberately:
one algorithm,
one strategy,
one puzzle,
one insight at a time.
My work — on my YouTube channel and on this site — combines:
- Clear, simplified explanations
- Pattern recognition
- Mental models
- Slow-thinking philosophy
- Creative builds
- Practical techniques for improving your mind
